What Now, My Love?

What now, my love?
Now that you've left me
How can I live through another day?
Watching my dreams
Turn into ashes
And my hopes
Into bits of clay

What now, my love?
Once, I could feel
Now, I am numb
I've become unreal
I walk the nights
Without a goal
Stripped of my heart
My soul

What now, my love?
Now, there is nothing
Only my last goodbye

What now, my love?
Now that it's over
I feel the world
Closing in on me
Here come the stars
Tumbling 'round me
There's a sky
Where the sea should be

What now, my love?
Now that you've gone
I'd be a fool
To go on and on
No one would care
No one would cry
If I should live or die

What now, my love?
Now, there is nothing
Only my last goodbye

JUDY: (spoken) There's a terrible song that I have to sing--
LIZA: (spoken) No, no, everybody, my mother--my mother-- (after being interrupted by the audience) Yes, you're right, she's my mother! Woooo!
JUDY: (spoken) Well, my heavens! She gets so peculiar!
LIZA: (spoken) I know! We, uh, I, Mama made a, well, one of the millions of songs she's made famous in a movie, and we'd like to do it. I mean it's, you know...It's one of those, the good ones. Aren't they all?
JUDY: (spoken) What song are you going to sing? One of my favorites?
LIZA: (spoken) Yes.
JUDY: (spoken) So one of the ones I hate, right?
